Interpeople's offices are only open during and between prescheduled meetings. We do not meet in the evenings, when everyone is tired after a day of work. Also, no meetings on Saturdays. Dr. Thomson will meet on Sundays with people who cannot leave work during the week (for instance, if they have a new job), or who lose income by leaving work during the week.
